a. Marketing collateral
Marketing collateral is a term used for printed materials used to present information about your real estate professional services. It can include brochures, fliers, fact sheets, direct mail pieces and other communications items. All of your printed pieces should be in tune with your overall marketing message and company image.
Do not forget to include the URL to your website. In all your offline advertising, you should include your web site address, e-mail or autoresponder addresses, and your phone number.
Tip: Add an action request, such as "Search all area homes for sale anytime." Or change "anytime" to "24/7".
b. Balloons
Use balloons at the open house. Print an action slogan on the balloon along with your website's address. An action slogan is very important, otherwise people will not know what the URL is for.
c. Home for sale signage
Your "For Sale" front lawn or directional signs for the open house should have your web site address on them.
d. Community bulletin boards
Post your business cards at minimum in grocery stores, libraries, community centers. Create tear off tabs small fliers that fit within their requirements with an action request and your URL.
e. Bumper stickers and auto stickers
A catchy slogan and your URL are excellent components of a sticker.

2. Paid promotion
a. Paid advertising at local TV and newspapers
Place classified ads in newspapers. Local newspapers often have great advertising rates that you can take advantage of to promote your business.
Buy time on local cable T.V. It is surprisingly affordable. If you already have paid advertisements, you should not forget to add your URL.
b. Direct mail
A nice direct mail piece when done consistently over a period of time can bring tremendous exposure for your business. The biggest benefit of direct mail is it allows you to reach thousands of people at a bulk mail rate. You could not do this if you had to mail each piece individually.
c. Fliers
You could place them in computer stores, libraries, restaurants, car windshields, or anywhere you shop that allows fliers.
