Description:
Centersoft is a fully integrated property management and accounting software product. It addresses the more complicated retail lease with features such as expense reconciliation, percentage rent and sales reporting. It monitors date-sensitive issues such as rent changes, insurance expirations and lease renewals with expanded note areas.

The program contains a complete set of accounting features such as financial statements for balance sheets, income statements with budget comparisons and changes. It also contains an easy-to-use, consolidated financial statement feature. It contains an accounts payable module that prints checks with MICR encoding capabilities. You can obtain bank balances on a moments notice, and it will help reconcile bank statements.
