• Visitors can 'Bookmark' favorite listings and recall them at any time. The system automatically sends you an e-mail whenever anyone bookmarks a listing on your site

• Add your personal photo or logo as well as contact information to the 'Full Info' page

• Visitors can request 'more information' for any property featured on the site -- not just your own listings. These leads are sent to an e-mail address designated by you

• Full support for virtual tours or links to similar web sites

• Visitors can 'request appointments' for any property featured on the site. Users select a date and time for an appointment to view the property, and this information is immediately emailed to you. If you own a suitably equipped cell phone the system can also send you a text message. You then confirm the appointment by clicking on a special link in the email or by replying to the e-mail itself

• Complete site statistics including number of page hits, lead source, requests for 'more information', bookmarked listings, appointment requests and more. . . .
