Description:
Report Concierge® is a user customizable software package that assembles commercial appraisal reports. Working in concert with Microsoft® Word, it dramatically reduces report writing time by assembling report components in a cohesive fashion.

Report Concierge assembles and then displays your appraisal report in Microsoft Word® by selecting and organizing your report from more than 200 report components.

All that is left to do is tailor the report and insert required documentation like spreadsheets and subject photos.

Previous prototypes were developed and used to generate actual commercial appraisal reports for more than a decade.

Report Concierge was conceived by John H. Urubek, MAI. For over a decade he has been a USPAP and Appraisal Institute instructor.
