Description:
TMS is a fully integrated software system which enables property/tenant managers to effectively control the operations of their management company through:
• tenant and unit maintenance with billing and deliquent notices,
• collection of rents and aged receivables management,
• controlled payment of accounts payable from single or mulitple checking accounts,
• multicompany general ledger reporting which aids in investor reporting,
• payroll preparation and reporting and
• work order management.

The system is capable of maintaining 99 companies and through our report generator, financials can be maintained individually or consolidated by request.
