Description:
g3Enterprise is a modular system that can be used to manage an entire company (or franchise). The initial functions offered are based on our g3Direct transaction management system, enhanced with functionality customized to each user.

A complete personnel module is available to manage both W-2 and IC employees. An interface to the MLS can be used both to create a dynamic VOW Web site for the broker, as well as ensuring that all data is entered only one time.

Property data for transaction coordination is provided from the MLS data rather than rekeyed. If franchise reporting is needed, it can be seamlessly provided, eliminating duplicate data entry. Interfaces to multiple accounting systems can be customized to your needs.

Documents, forms and reports are generated by the system from one central database based on the rules of the broker and the locality. Each g3Enterprise system is branded and customized for the broker and provides all the functions needed to run the company with one consistent interface.
