Description: The model of this software is for a Webmaster to solicit apartment complexes to subscribe to an online service this software creates and have the apartment manager upload information to it and manage it themselves. The Webmaster would receive monthly or yearly payments for use of the listing website. It has apartment manager administrative function and a webmaster admin function. Other apartment managers cannot access the admin function of other apartment managers. All apartment managers are given different login usernames and passwords. See our Web site. Purchasers would be purchasing a license to use the Microsoft visual basic source code, active server pages, and SQL database and instructions on how to set it up on their Microsoft server 2000 or higher machine.
