Client information can be categorized, and various types of calendar appointments can be stored. WebTop also downloads MLS data automatically, so that agents' listings are displayed on their web pages. Marketing materials are available, including property flyer templates, buyers' and listing presentations, instant CMA reports, newsletters, farming information, and transaction documents. Templates are offered in a wide range of formats, such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
