PROMAS -- Association Management Software -- was designed to handle the accounting chores for situations where an association member pays regular fees. Examples include homeowner associations, condominium associations, parking space rentals, swim clubs and mini-storage rentals. PROMAS assists in managing and controlling the finanicial record-keeping and report activities for the association.
