Description: g3Direct is a totally Web-based transaction management platform. This product was the first of our third generation of products for the residential real estate industry.
Our service offers you and all other participants in the transaction a secure Web site on which all the documents involved in the transaction are stored and managed. Documents can be generated by the system and faxed or e-mailed to participants. Using advanced access control, our system limits each party to viewing only the information they need to see.
g3 is the only platform currently in production that allows the user to grow from a single agent to a franchise without changing the user interface, since all modules to run a brokerage are available as add-on functionality to the core transaction management services (see description of g3Enterprise).
