Description: Landtech is designed to prepare and calculate the documents necessary for real estate/loan closings. The programs provide for preparation and printing of HUD, Pages 1 and 2, HUD 1A, along with buyer and seller closing statements. The program prepares all associated disbursements and prints checks.
The system includes full trust accounting, 1099S filing, both magnetic and paper, along with Regulation Z Truth-in-Lending and aggregate escrow.
Full Reporting module is included with canned reports, as well as the ability to use SQL for customized reports.
Landword!, a full-featured word processor with spell-check is included for preparation of real estate forms.
