Description:
ARES, Inc. is an Application Software Provider (ASP) that publishes its real estate closing, title insurance and escrow accounting software over a double-encrypted secure Internet connection.

The software facilitates the issuance of title and closing documents, performs all required calculations with override capability, automatically assembles disbursements and proceeds while allowing for customization, and tracks all funds through the escrow account producing all audit-required reports, files 1099-S's electronically and allows the creation of "master files" for easy duplication.

Both state-specific and non-state specific documents are provided along with the ability to create custom "intelligent" documents that merge the data from a file through the use of data tags.

The customers' databases reside on ARES' servers and the data are backed up each night. On-line personalized training, follow-up support and troubleshooting are provided through the use of Citrix Management software ("shadowing"). Customers can access their databases from anywhere that they have an Internet connection, allowing some employees to produce work "in the field" using a laptop and users can even work from home, if desired.

Allows companies with multiple branch offices to utilize a common database and a common escrow account, if desired. Managers can select reports by individual branch office or companywide. Some available reports are: Monthly Revenue, volume by closer or title processor, orders taken in, business origination reports, etc.

Users can be assigned specific rights within the software allowing the access to sensitive escrow account capabilities to be restricted.
