Toolkit for Presentations is the only tool you need to create professional-looking comparative market analyses (CMAs), presentations, buyer tours and property flyers. Property data is imported directly from your Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the ultimate in speed, ease of use and accuracy. Toolkit's interface formats the MLS information for automatic insertion into presentations and flyers. Agents can prepare listing presentations with detailed CMAs or buyer presentations with individual property sheets in less than ten minutes.
Toolkit is very easy to use. Clear choices are provided so that even novice computer users can learn how to prepare an elegant presentation in minutes. One-page quick-reference guides are provided to guide your agents through the preparation of presentations and flyers. Screens are organized logically and dialogues present sufficient information concisely. Also, context-sensitive help is available at all times.
Toolkit provides the ultimate in flexibility. Automatic presentations can be configured to include only the documents you want, and the configuration can be changed at any time. Instead of automatic presentation, you may choose to print presentation items "a la carte" by choosing them from a list. Each individual presentation document is listed giving you the ability to create a custom presentation "on-the-fly." Each standard document can be completely customized. You may do your own minor customization, or have Realty Tools, Inc. create a custom presentation that is tailored to meet your needs.
Toolkit is available in three different versions: office, network and agent. The office version will allow several agents to share the resources of one computer while preserving their individuality. The network version provides those offices with a local area network the ability to use Toolkit on several workstations without the need to purchase several copies of the software. The agent version is designed for the individual agent requiring the convenience of working at home.
A new web based Toolkit for Presentations is now available. The presentation output is identical to the software product. This product is offered by subscription. Both agent and broker-sponsored plans are available.
