Description:
REO is a database designed to help keep track of and manage purchasing, selling, construction, repairs and renting of real estate units. Access to those functions is provided from the General Property Information Screen. It also includes contact management features and other custom sections to keep data on brokers, agents, and partner companies.
REO is integrated with Delrina WinFax to provide easy fax broadcasting.
All reports, invoices, and receipts necessary for successful property management were pre-designed and can be printed or faxed with just a few mouse clicks.
Data import/export capabilities.
REO's security system provides password protection for sensitive data.
REO was conceptualized to possess growing abilities. New sections and features can be added easily and quickly.
