Description:
The Cogent ServicingQC™ System provides powerful sampling, analysis and reporting capabilities from an imported database of loan servicing data. The system accepts data in most formats, including data feeds from multiple sources and systems. The underlying database engine allows virtually unlimited record processing (up to one billion active loan records). The Sampling Module divides the total QC sample into distinct sample groups (one for each servicing function being audited), and selects loans automatically at the user's request. The Audit Module is a customized, on-screen, multi-user system for conducting the QC file audits. It consists of multiple screens, with servicing data and audit questions that guide reviewers through their audits. The ServicingQC™ System follows HUD's requirements for servicing and fully integrates with other Cogent Systems.
