Description:
The program schedules agents for floor time according to shifts, agent preferences and scheduling rules entered by user. As many as 100 agents per office may be scheduled into as many as ten shifts per day, with one or two agents per shift.

Agent preferences for shifts may be entered and saved. A variety of scheduling rules are available and schedules may be edited after creation when user can override rules. Reports include calendar-type schedule, individual lists of assignments for each agent and statistics for assignments per day, shift and agent number in a two-agent shift.

An additional feature added with Version 2.0 is a very flexible agent directory that can store up to 13 fields of information about agents. This could be used to prepare the office phone directory as well as many other useful functions.
