Visual Lease is a comprehensive real estate management software system that controls, tracks and manages real estate assets. Visual Lease was designed around the actual work-flow processes of active property/lease administrators.

The program is clean, flexible, powerful and intuitively easy to use. It provides instant access to all lease/property management data and related scanned documents, tracks critical dates and options, feeds payment information to accounting systems for generating checks, and maintains future and historical financial information.

User-customizable reporting and portfolio analysis is done entirely through MS Word and Excel, which allows users to avoid the necessity of learning esoteric report writing modules. Visual Lease is a client/server system and may be used by one user locally or hundreds of users worldwide via the Internet or LAN/WAN connection.
