The Pipeline Solutions Loan Officer for Windows gives you the power you need to qualify, compare and originate conventional, FHA, VA and custom loan programs with ease.
The system features a detailed prequalification and loan comparison option that allows you to quickly take borrower information over the phone and qualify and compare up to three loans. You can then produce qualification certificates, side-by-side loan comparisons and open house flyers. Once your have identified the best loan program for your borrowers, you can automatically populate the good faith estimate with the figures from your comparison.
The system fully supports fixed-rate, ARM, GPM, buydown, balloon, construction, interest only, deferred payment, GEM, home equity, reverse mortgage and second mortgage loan programs. You have complete control over the types of loans offered by your firm with the integrated loan program database.
Data entry is fast and easy. You can click on the navigation bar to instantly move to any form. After you complete the good faith estimate and loan application, you can generate up-front disclosures, and loan submission documents. All calculations are completed automatically and data carries from one form to the next.
You also get support for Fannie Mae’s Mornet Plus Desktop Originator/Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector and you can interface the system with your credit reporting software.
With the completely integrated Word Processor, you can create custom documents and merge borrower data automatically.
Title and escrow fee calculations are a snap with the integrated Title and Escrow Fee Plan option. You can even support different title and escrow company fee schedules.
You also get a data import and export facility and a complete telecommunications system that provides for secure branch to home office communications. You can also export data to contact managers such as Act! and Goldmine and other Pipeline Solutions users.
