LOANS! is a client/server-based loan servicing and accounting system for institutional investors that support a wide array of complex loan types including commercial, consumer, direct and agent-serviced, fixed and variable-rate, multifamily, multiinvestor, multiparticipant, multipayer, construction, discount/premium, purchase, graduated-equity, contingent interest, interest-only, fixed-principal or interest, restructured and multipart.
Runs on Windows NT2000, LANs and Unix computers and offers system security at a number of user-defined levels.
LOANS! can be licensed for $37,500 - $127,500 depending on the number of users required. The license fee includes source code, a 180-day warranty and three-to-ten days of free training and implementation support. Ongoing support is provided on an hourly basis or through an annual maintenance agreement.
