Max provides you with all the necessary functions to service a loan portfolio. You may at any time view or print the loan data or transaction history for any loan on the system. You can obtain instant access to information on insurance, escrow and investor balances. Loan payoffs and amortization schedules can be viewed or printed at any time.

The MAX cash and collection system makes the processing of cash easy by providing a one-step process for all types of cash entry. MAX prints payment coupons, late payment reminders and late payment notices. Extensive collection reporting including deliquency reports and the collection notes facility will help your people keep on top of their accounts. Max interfaces with Microsoft Word to allow for the printing of custom letters.

The MAX disbursement system provides reports showing required tax, insurance and other escrow disbursements, as well as actually printing the insurance and investor checks.

Fannie Mae LASER Reporting and MORNET transmission files have been added to MAX, allowing you to produce your FNMA reports at month's end in a single step. MAX includes extensive reporting in all areas, including IRS 1098 and 1099 reports.
