Real Estate USA Flash Map Overview
Commercial realtors require accurate and reliable demographic reports and maps to help close deals: specify geographic region where they provide their services (county, state, region, city). Customers easily select the area they are interested in with our animated flash map. Interactive Real Estate Flash Map software is a unique vector-based tool that includes all USA states and counties. Interactive Flash Map has highly customizable interface ever developed for Real Estate business.
We have created a unique interactive USA flash map with all US states and counties on it. With the use of optimized flash geometry and Action Script parameters, we created a flash map which is extremely fast-loading and easy to use.
This vector area map allows better visibility and easier choice between territories.
Development
It is impossible to trace a bitmap image and then get a reasonable file size because of the presence of too many vertexes, so all of our maps are created manually. It took over 80 hours for a flash designer to draw all of the necessary geometry. This resulted in a map that is superior to the bitmap image maps used on most websites. An average state is only several KB in size on our map, whereas on most sites the average state is 40-50 KB. This makes it load up to ten times faster (no need to reload the page itself). Vector-based geometry also enables higher visual quality and more detailed images. In addition, 3D Effects make the general look and feel of the map highly attractive and interactive. A final benefit is that each time you select a state or want to return back, there is no need to reload the page -- it keeps it in memory and quickly goes there.
Customization
Our Interactive US Flash Map is highly customizable, so it can be placed on every website. Different actions can be assigned for each US county, cities and towns can be added, background images can be changed, and more. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding what is possible. All visual configuration and behavior is stored in external files (XML or plain text), making Flash Map extremely easy to customize and integrate with other applications.
It is also possible to develop UK Flash Map, entire Europe, North America or a World Flash Map upon request.
Cost
There are two possibilities to obtain US Flash Map -- you can entire buy the source code (.fla file) of our Flash map and customize/install it yourself, or you may request installation and customization of the map for your site (in this case source code is not provided).
