HomeHub Connect is a secure, private website branded for the company or agent that allows the home purchaser or seller to track their transaction in real time over the Internet.

The site promotes the broker or agent while increasing the level of customer satisfaction. Also, by keeping the client aware of the status of the transaction and the tasks to be performed closings proceed more easily and on-time.

Increased communication is the key to successful closings. Each HomeHub Connect site includes a review of the property; the task schedule for inspections, due dates, etc.; an area where important documents can be uploaded for the client's review and reference, useful links, tools, addresses and information; and an instant messaging tool that links to the agent's PMP Contact Manager.

Each HomeHub Connect site is easy to create and maintain because it is linked to the agent's PMP Contact Manager. Data from the Contact Manager automatically feeds into the client's site eliminating the need to enter data twice -- once in your contact manager and again to the client's site.

Every site has no advertising of any product or service placed there by anyone except the site's owner. You have total flexibility to add content and offers of your own choosing.

Each site stays active for one year; renewal subscriptions are only $5 per year per transaction. There is no other promotional tool that is as much appreciated by clients and brings in as much repeat and referral business for the price.
