Prospector 1.4 is a prospect management software for real estate agents. Track FSBOs, expireds, cold call prospects, sphere of influence prospects and investor prospects. Contains customizable web links, an "Alerts" function for reminding of scheduled calls or visits. Also contains functions to automatically check web lookup sources to get names from telephone numbers.

NDNC Registry Checker Pro provides two methods for checking telephone numbers against the National Do-Not-Call Registry. One page allows the user to enter up to 36 telephone numbers and press a button to check the numbers against the registry. The other page allows the user to search a series of numbers and returns the list of numbers searched that are NOT on the list. Perfect for making cold calls. Very popular!
