Description: ShowingDesk BE (formerly AllTrax) is a comprehensive office management software system incorporating easy-to-use front-desk and back-office features for listings, showing appointments, ad/sign calls, prospect tracking, open transactions and closed transactions. It is Windows-based and can be used on a local area network in your office (no additional charge for network installation).
The developers of ShowingDesk BE/AllTrax designed the program specifically for busy real estate offices needing a complete, yet affordable, office management software system. Users of QuickBooks, Peachtree and other accounting programs can continue using their current accounting system for backbilling agents, check writing, etc.
ShowingDesk BE incorporates all the front desk "call coordinator" features of the highly successful CallTrax (now called ShowingDesk) program that is now in use in more than 2,000 real estate offices nationally. Using Windows point-and-click simplicity, support personnel can quickly enter information on showing appointments, sign calls, ad calls and more while talking with the caller on the phone. Your agents receive an immediate printout of showing or prospect information.
Additionally, ShowingDesk BE offers complete listings and sales management features. You can enter, then easily access, information on all of your office's current, pending and sold listings. Then, enter and follow-up on details of all sales (in-house, your sale of other company's listings or their sale of your listings).
ShowingDesk BE generates 28 valuable reports and lists for management, agents, support personnel and homeowners: listing information, activity records, showings, agent productivity, pending sales lists, commissions due, company dollar, advertising effectiveness, target marketing and more.
Price shown is for a site license for one office. Per office discounts and full-company licensing are available for multiple-office purchasers. On-site training is available for a fee but is generally not required.
