Description:
EZ-UNITS is an easy-to-use residential rental property management program. It was designed specifically with the needs of the owner/operator of small-to-medium sized rental properties in mind. However, there is no limit of the number of units in a property. Some of the reports produced are:

• income reports (rent, laundry, other);
• expense detail;
• monthly summary of expenses and income;
• year-to-date pie chart of operating expenses;
• monthly expense history bar charts;
• tenant reports, including late payers;
• property reports and
• vendor reports (expenses by vendor, etc.).
