Description:
Tax Compliance, Inc. develops and markets a software tool to assist you with your real property tax process, Property Tax Management System (PTMS). PTMS offers advanced sorting and filtering features to give you instant access to your real property data. Any number of comparable properties can be assigned to a company parcel for comparison purposes to calculate a reasonable fair market value. PTMS calculates accurate tax estimates that can be segmented into user-defined accounting periods for easy, precise accruals. Property tax payments are automated with PTMS with check request processing via paper or direct interface with accounts payable. Bill-back of taxes to tenants or lessees is also facilitated. To assist in the appeal process, PTMS allows for the tracking of every step of the appeal, from initial assessment to the final resolution. Tax rates, deadlines, assessors and collectors, and other tax information is provided and updated regularly by TCI.
